Bringing Healthcare IT Professionals Together to Share Best Practices.
Aligning Strategy, Innovation and Technology to Effectively Impact the Care Continuum
As patient populations continue to rise, as the players in the health care industry become increasingly more complex, and as the reimbursement environment has grown more difficult to manage, health systems are experiencing an increasing number of limitations. Staff shortages, disparate patient data, meeting patient / consumer expectations, and a rapidly changing digital environment are all challenging health systems who are being forced to adapt in order to compete, or even survive.
Health IT is undergoing an evolution: from being primarily billing-oriented, to being an enabler of healthcare delivery, and as time goes on, to being an extender of care into the home and across geographies. Moreover, in the dynamic environment in which health systems exist, IT executives must be ready when the next unexpected event happens, whether it's a cyberattack, an infectious-disease outbreak or even a judicial decision like the overturning of Roe v. Wade.
As a result, health system technology executives are more business-minded, collaborating with the business in designing new services and capabilities to enable physicians to engage, patients to feel comfortable, to expand the reach of the system’s services to underserved areas, and to positively impact the overall health of the communities served.
We have an incredible program lined up for this Spring and are very excited to have you join this intimate gathering of healthcare IT executives for across the country for a few days of information exchange and networking. Interactive Panels, Think Tank Sessions, Case Studies, and 1:1 Business Meetings will allow you to explore and discuss creative ways to meet these challenges.
