Heather leads the Marketing mandate to support businesses across all segments in Canada. In her role, Heather provides strategic direction for planning, product marketing, campaign management, branding, and employee communications.
Heather has more than 20 years’ experience in the Canadian technology Market. She is a proven, accomplished, and dynamic leader specializing in motivating people for change and increased productivity with successes across Marketing, Sales Channel Development, Product Management, and Mergers & Acquisitions. She is a passionate and intuitive leader who leverages persuasive reasoning to drive change, engage and build alignment with leaders/teams across functional areas.
Prior to joining ADP in early 2016, she held various roles at BCE, primarily in Bell Business Markets, across Sales, Marketing and M&A.
Dr. Seema Parmar is the Director of Health Intelligence and Insights, Advisory Services at Cleveland Clinic Canada. Dr. Parmar is an experienced senior management consultant and health-based knowledge expert who combines consulting, research, and public health expertise to drive health insights and innovation.
She has served clients in Canada, the US, and Middle East as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company. With deep experience in health-based data and analytics, Dr. Parmar has helped to propel numerous innovative, strategic, and care delivery models through multi-sector partnerships. Having worked as a researcher with Alberta Health Services, her expertise is augmented with quantitative and qualitive research and program evaluation. She has a passion for health equity and supporting underserved communities. Her experience also includes global health, community health work, and board-level experience in the health sector.
Dr. Parmar holds a PhD from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, an MHA from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a BSc in Life Sciences from Queen’s University.
Throughout his 28 year career at BMO, Jeff has been known as a fixer, a change agent who has led enterprise change initiatives and refined North American operations in diverse areas such as technology development, procurement, learning, talent acquisition and now benefits, wellness performance and recognition.
