A Discussion on Harnessing the Power of AI While Prioritizing Human Connection

Artificial intelligence (AI) is here, it can help, most of us are using it, but it brings its share of unforeseen surprises. So how do we keep the human side of HR human and ensure we’re building a diverse and inclusive workforce?

Join Jacqueline Gallagher, Director of Sales and Elise Marcotte, Head of Talent Intelligence for a roundtable discussion with your peers on the use and implications of AI in hiring.  Meet with your Indeed representative for a personalized conversation, then enjoy a lively sit-down dinner at the beautiful Douglas Hotel in Vancouver.

Why attend?

  • Engage in an in-depth discussion with your peers about the hopes and challenges surrounding AI and its use in the hiring market.
  • Learn how Indeed is integrating AI in its own solutions and how you can implement AI tools in your recruitment efforts.
  • Discuss how to keep the human side of HR “human” and work to avoid biases while trying to build a diverse workforce.
  • Network with other HR and TA leaders to exchange ideas and best practices.
