Jacqueline Gallagher is the Director of Sales at Indeed for Western Canada. Leading the Enterprise business, she and her team partner with many of Canada’s top employers to build talent attraction and recruitment strategies for the ever-evolving Canadian labour market. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Public Relations from Mount Saint Vincent University and a MBA in Executive Management, with a focus on Management Consulting, from Royal Roads University. She has been recognized by Business in Vancouver as a Top Forty Under 40 (2016) and in her spare time, she’s an avid outdoor enthusiast.
Élise Marcotte leads the efforts to support the Talent Intelligence function for Indeed on a global level. She equips country teams with insights, best practices, and content strategies to help employers make smarter hiring decisions. Originally from Québec and now living on a farm in Alberta, she is fluently bilingual and brings a deep understanding of Canada’s diverse workforce.
A two-time Olympian in Artistic Swimming and a World Championship medallist, Élise applies her high-performance mindset and coaching experience to the world of work — helping organizations connect data with purpose to build better workplaces and drive lasting business impact.
