Vince Molinaro, Ph.D., is a New York Times best-selling author, strategic leadership adviser, speaker, and global expert on leadership accountability.
As founder and CEO of Leadership Contract Inc (LCI), Vince has worked with organizations from start-ups to Fortune 500, in 25 countries and over 80 cities. He and his team equip leaders to navigate critical strategic shifts in their companies by scaling accountability and community.
He is the author of five books including Accountable Leaders and The Leadership Contract. His books are the foundation of many leadership programs in companies around the world. His newest book, Community of Leaders, will be released in September 2024.
As a speaker, Vince brings a unique combination of provocative storytelling, research-based principles, grounded practicality, and the courage to tell it like it is. He was named by All American Speakers Bureau as one of the Top Business Speakers in 2023.

Grace Palombo is a Human Resources, Corporate Shared Services and Legal Executive. She was formerly the Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resource Officer at Great West Lifeco, including Canada Life. Prior to, Grace served as EVP Human Resources for TD America’s Most Convenient Bank based in the United States and as the Senior Vice President Corporate Human Resources for CanWest Global Communications in Toronto, Ontario. Grace’s expertise is in executive management focused on performance and growth, including corporate restructuring, transformations, and acquisitions in innovative, digital and customer centric workplaces.
Grace has held various other executive and director positions in the areas of Human Resources, Legal and Corporate Services. Grace practiced law in Toronto, in the areas of Corporate, Employment, and Labour Law. Ms. Palombo also served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Union Gas.
Grace holds a Law Degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto and an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Grace has also served as a Director on various public company and not for profit Boards in Canada and the United States. She has served on HR, Compensation, Pension, Corporate Governance, Risk, Innovation and Technology Board Committees. She currently is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors, Conference Board of Canada, Council of National Human Resource Executives, the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, the Women's Law Association, and the Women's Executive Network. Grace was named one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women by the Women’s Executive Network in 2018.
