Heather has more than 20 years’ experience in the Canadian technology Market. She is a proven, accomplished, and dynamic leader specializing in motivating people for change and increased productivity with successes across Marketing, Sales Channel Development, Product Management, and Mergers & Acquisitions. She is a passionate and intuitive leader who leverages persuasive reasoning to drive change, engage and build alignment with leaders/teams across functional areas.

Prior to joining ADP in early 2016, she held various roles at BCE, primarily in Bell Business Markets, across Sales, Marketing and M&A.

Dane Jensen is the CEO of Third Factor, an acclaimed speaker, an instructor at Queen’s University and the University of North Carolina, a regular contributor to Harvard Business Review, and the author of The Power of Pressure (HarperCollins).

Dane oversees Third Factor’s delivery of leadership development programs to leading firms across North America including SAP, RBC, Uber, Twitter, the USGA, and others.

He teaches in the Full-Time and Executive MBAs at Queen’s Smith School of Business in Canada and is Affiliate Faculty with UNC Executive Development at the Kenan-Flagler Business School in Chapel Hill.

In addition to his corporate work, Dane works extensively with athletes, coaches, leaders, and Boards across Canada’s Olympic and Paralympic sport system to enhance National competitiveness.

He has worked as an advisor to Senior Executives in 23 countries on 5 continents and is a regular contributor to Harvard Business Review.

At ADP, Emma leads the prospect marketing mandate to support field sales across Canada. In her role, Emma provides strategic direction for campaign planning, execution, reporting and analysis.

With a background in B2B and B2C marketing, Emma is a driven marketing leader known for her creative approach and attention to detail. Having worked on diverse projects ranging from multi-channel mass media to segmented field campaigns, her ability to understand and translate cross-functional team needs into impactful and measurable marketing initiatives is her biggest asset.

Emma holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science, Master's in Marketing from the Schulich School of Business and was selected to participate in ADP’s exclusive Emerging Leaders Program. In her personal life, she is passionate about girls in sports and mental and physical wellness.

As Vice President, Strategy and HR Outsourcing for Canada, Ed leads the strategic planning process, partnership and acquisition programs, and key strategic initiatives for Canada. He is also accountable for growing our managed offering as the general manager of our Human Resources Outsourcing business.

Prior to ADP, Ed led Growth Strategy and Innovation for Mercer’s Career / Human Capital Management business in Canada and was a Principal Consultant, leading consulting engagements and providing advice to Boards and executive management of public and private companies, ranging from large TSX60 to pre-IPO start-ups. Before that, he worked in Corporate Strategy as a member of the Office of Strategic Management for the Bank of Montreal (BMO) focusing on the Wealth and Asset Management businesses.

Ed has an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of British Columbia and an MBA from the University of Oxford.
