Supply Chain Intelligence for Brand Protection in North America.

How to combine customs data and open-source intelligence to map illicit-trade, increase product seizures and fight the real sources of counterfeits.

Anticounterfeiting programs from brand owners have traditionally focused either on online enforcement or offline investigations, but what is the missing link? The simple answer is Supply Chain Intelligence.

The Supply Chain Intelligence approach identifies producers, exporters and importers of counterfeits and maps entire counterfeit supply chains purely based on open-source intelligence. This approach also does not believe in notice and takedowns: the single goal is to provide alerts that will help to seize concrete illicit products, either at origin or destination.

Counterfeiting is, by nature, a transnational phenomenon. With more customs authorities disclosing trade data every year and more open-source intelligence available, global brands are using supply chain intelligence to prioritize their anti-counterfeiting investigations and reduce spending on local, isolated brand protection efforts. The trend will be to disrupt the largest shipments and fight counterfeits by understanding the routes, ports, carriers, and logistics fingerprint.

For an intimate hour, like-minded leaders of Brand Protection will be granted the exclusive opportunity to have their questions answered by Supply Chain Intelligence expert Axel Hein, who will share the latest trends and insights in this ever-fascinating world. Join your peers for this interactive meeting of the minds to unlock a new understanding of anti-counterfeiting investigations and reduce spending on isolated brand protection efforts.

We hope to see you there.
